The development covers an area of 64 hectares and is to accommodate a population of over 23,000. Arup's scope of works included the preliminary design of an ecologically sustainable water resources management strategy for the whole development.
Arup undertook both preliminary design and economic planning of the proposed sustainable water resources strategy. This project has been highly commended by the Chinese government.
