A challenging, unique and naturally beautiful Jack Nicklaus Signature course ranked as one of the best golf courses in Tennessee.  Meticulously maintained in tournament condition year round.

Fee - $150 per person which covers your transport to & from the course, breakfast served on the bus, green fees, cart and fore-caddie, range balls prior to play, team photo, a goodie bag, trophies for the winning team, a contest including longest drive and closest to the pin and lunch served on the course during play.  The cost does not, unfortunately, cover the hire fee for clubs at $40.

Avid golfers are encouraged to take part in this golf morning. This is a good opportunity to relax and get to know other delegates before the start of the event.

SPACES ARE LIMITED AND WILL BE ALLOCATED ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS.

The Airport City Tour will encompass the passenger hub and airfield of Memphis International Airport. Airside points of interest will include the new Cargo Central facility, FedEx, United Parcel Service Southern Regional operation, and the new Tennessee Air National Guard Base.

Beyond the airfield, the tour will include a visit to the new $200 million Burlington Northern Santa Fe intermodal facility which is capable of 1 million annual cargo lifts using eight wide-span cranes that are nine stories tall. Two stops will allow participants to see two Memphis Aerotropolis industries in full operation.

ACE 2011 participants are invited to attend the Welcome Reception and opening ceremony held in the Grand Ballroom at the official conference hotel, The Peabody Hotel Memphis. 

Delegates can take advantage of this networking evening to meet fellow delegates, speakers, sponsors and exhibitors in a relaxed and luxurious atmosphere.

Farewell Reception and Handover Ceremony

Join fellow delegates in welcoming next year's Airport Cities host, Denver International Airport, for the Handover Ceremony, as well as congratulating Memphis-Shelby County Airport Authority on hosting Airport Cities 2011.

The Denver-style reception will be held in the Skyway Room at The Peabody Memphis Hotel where attendees will experience a real Colorado welcome!
