Gregg is a Sr. Airport Planner / Engineer with the Department of Planning for the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority which manages and operates the Ronald Reagan Washington National and Washington Dulles International Airports. He has over 20+ years of airport planning, engineering, and development experience of which 18 years have been with MWAA. The Capital Development Program at DCA and IAD has been a $5 billion development of new terminals, concourses, a new runway complexes, and an automated people mover system. He has managed a variety of planning initiatives including airport master plans, regional system plans, airfield and landside infrastructure improvements and airport operational plans. Additionally, he has managed development of general aviation and cargo facilities.
Gregg is a an Accredited Airport Executive and registered Professional Engineer. He is a member of: the TRB committee on Aviation System Planning, the Next Generation Air Transportation System Airports Working Group executive committee, and the Transportation & Development Institute Planning and Operations sub-committee. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland School of Engineering and president of the Alumni Association.
