Mr. Little is a Managing Director of Jones Lang LaSalle, responsible for providing asset valuation and implementation strategies for underutilized real estate - focusing on public sector entities including airports, local, state and federal agencies, colleges and universities, .  His duties include new business development, implementation of systems and strategies, and managing projects including strategic planning, market analysis, site infrastructure assessment, due diligence investigations and reporting, master planning, financial planning, marketing and contract negotiation.

Mr. Little has been with the firm since 1986 and has been responsible for providing consultancy services to Newark, John F. Kennedy, Chicago O'Hare, Dallas Forth Worth and Northwest Florida Beaches Airports along with the Detroit Aerotropolis. Additionally, he has executed projects on behalf of the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, General Services Administration, Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, Chicago Transit Authority, University of Arizona, University of Pennsylvania and Port of Oakland.
