Mr. Pierre Vidailhet, born in 1953, is qualified as a civil engineer (Ecole Polytechnique and Ecole des Ponts ParisTech) and as an architect. First, he worked as an architect with Paul Chemetov, one of the leading architects in France, on social housing projects and on the New Economy Ministry project in Paris. Then, he managed a project managers team, in social housing and land development areas, within OTH, a major consultancy and building design firm in France (now Egis). He was later on hired by the Sociètè Gènèrale Bank, where he was in charge of refurbishment, improvement and development works of the bank headquarters in Paris. He entered Aèroports de Paris in 1997, and had successively to manage airport building projects in Paris CDG airport , then CDG Val project (Automated People Mover). In 2003, he joined the Real Estate Division of ADP, where he is now General Manager in charge of Research and Development. He was speaker for ADP at the Airport Cities World Conference in Athens in 2009. He was chief editor in 2010 for an issue of PCM, Ponts ParisTech alumni professional magazine, devoted to Airport Cities in France and in the world. Pierre Vidailhet is General Secretary of Ponts Alliance (Ecole des Ponts ParisTech alumni association), and President of its Real Estate Professional Group. |
