Ron Hiscox is a principal with Airport Process Design (APD) Ltd. working with airports and airlines to develop system changes and implement new processes, and is actively involved with industry groups responsible for technical standards.

He represents Aeroports de Montreal on several key projects, including IATA/ACI Common Use Passenger Process Systems (CUPPS), ACI IT standards, and initiatives with security and regulatory authorities.

He is based in Montreal and has worked on projects throughout North America and extensively overseas.  He has worked in the industry since 1987.
