Tim has 35 years experience helping clients analyze their needs, develop innovative and economical solutions, make effective decisions, and successfully implement improvements, on more than 50 million square feet of projects.  His knowledge of a wide range of building types allows him to transfer innovative concepts among different asset portfolios.  Tim has a special expertise in sustainability and green buildings, an interest which began with his work as a Peace Corps volunteer in the 70's.  Tim has extensive international experience, having lived and practiced architecture abroad in Europe and Asia.  He brings a unique combination of skills to the table, blending knowledge of strategy, architecture and real estate, with an MBA in finance and international business.
