What is the dress code?
For the conference: Business
For the Welcome Reception: Smart Casual
For the Gala Evening: Smart Casual, Light Jacket (weather dependent)


What is included in the conference fee?
The registration fee includes access to:
- 2 day conference & exhibition
- Social networking events (these must be booked in advance)
- Lunch & refreshment breaks on both days
The registration fee does not include:
- Hotel accommodation
- Flights
- Access to Masterclass
- Transfers to and from the Airport. A welcome desk will be located at Denver International Airport, and Staff will be available to direct you upon your arrival.  

How can I book my accommodation?

How can I book my flight?
After receiving a registration form, the organisers will send a confirmation email including booking codes for reduced rates at United Airlines.


How can I apply for a VISA?
A Visa Invitation Letter will be sent to registered delegates when required. This does not guarantee that a visa will be issued by the Embassy of USA.
