Scotland's Air Ambulance is to move its operations base from the north side of Aberdeen Airport to the gateway's recently opened 250-hectare Inverness Business Park.
Bond Air Services, which also provides operational support for Scotland's Northern Lighthouse Board, is expected to move into its new home by November.
Alan Price, Chairman of IABP, a joint venture between Highlands and Islands Airports, Moray Estates and HIE, said: "We are delighted to welcome Bond Helicopters to the business park.
"This deal follows April's announcement that leading industrial developer Roxhill Developments will develop over 400,000 of IABP, creating around 700 jobs.
"After many years of hard work and planning IABP is now in business. We look forward to signing many more deals in the near future."
