Property manager Highcross has fully let a second industrial warehouse near Heathrow with fine art dealer Martin Speed understood to be the new client.
The 35,334 sqft Unit 163 has been let on a 10-year lease with an option to purchase.
Located less than two miles from M4 Junction 3 and 2.5 miles from the Heathrow Cargo Centre, the unit is one of two industrial/distribution warehouse units on the 2.5 acre site. A second, Unit 161, was let via Colliers International in conjunction with Jones Lang LaSalle and BNP Paribas to DHL as a distribution unit earlier this year.
Martin Speed ships fine art to both domestical and international customers.
Highcross Associate Director, Katie Whell, commented: "The unit's proximity to Heathrow Airport, the M4 and M25, together with the high standard of refurbishment and security, were important factors in attracting occupiers to the scheme.
"DHL have also found the site to be ideally located for their business and the fast take up of these two units goes to show the value and importance of the Hayes and Heathrow areas as a logistics and industrial centre."
