Global supply chain company, CEVA Logistics, is setting up new offices at Auckland Airport Business District, to reap the benefits of being in close proximity to the gateway.

The new building, due to be completed by June 2012, will be located in the landing precinct at the Auckland Airport Business District and will include a large warehouse, an office and an expansive canopy.
Peter Alexander, general manager at Auckland Airport, said: "We're thrilled to welcome CEVA to our thriving Auckland Airport Business District.
"More and more businesses are being attracted to the district, which offers security, flexibility, amenities and easy access to the Auckland region, to around New Zealand, and to the rest of the world."
CEVA's integrated global network currently has facilities in more than 170 countries worldwide.
New Zealand Country Manager for CEVA, Grant Lowe, added: "Benefits of the move for our business include a secure environment with flexible options for future expansion.
"Being on the doorstep of the largest transport hub in the country will also enhance coordination of goods to meet our customers' expectations in terms of cost, speed, reliability and security.
"The benefits also keep flowing for our employees, who will work in a location that is rapidly growing in scale and amenities, and is easy to reach from all parts of Auckland."
According to a recent report, around 54% of Auckland's total workforce is now within a 30 minute commute of Auckland Airport.
Alexander said: "It's that proximity that is attracting many businesses to locate here, not just proximity to the airports national and international connections, but also proximity to staff and other amenities such as hotels, food, beverage and recreational facilities."
