ConnectLAX - a joint venture between developers, Parsons Brinckerhoff (PB) and architects, STV - will provide the environmental and preliminary designs for the extension of the Metro Green Line light rail to Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).

The Green Line extension will link the planned Metro station at Century and Aviation - which is about 1.5 miles from the airport - with the central terminal area of LAX, by either an aboveground or underground extension of the Green Line light rail, or by an automated people mover.

ConnectLAX will assess the different alternatives in terms of each one's environmental impact and offer conceptual design and engineering to support its findings.
