TAJ GVK Hotels and Resorts Ltd, part of the GVK Group, has unveiled plans to build a new $21 million five star hotel at Mumbai International Airport.
The 275-room hotel will carry the "Taj" name and will be built by mid-2014, the company said.
The hotel will be set up through a special purpose vehicle Green Woods Palaces and Resorts Private Limited.
Currently TAJGVK owns and operates four 5-star hotels in Hyderabad and one five star hotel each in Chennai and Chandigarh.
