Offering 3 million sqft of office space, industrial and hangar space and two fully functional runways and a free trade zone, the Air Park is strategically located near Cinnancti/North Kentucky International and Dayton International airports.
Previously the US freight hub for DHL Express, the region suffered some 8,000-job losses when the German freight shipper moved out of the state, before the property was donated to Clinton Country Port Authority and the redevelopment of the property is seen as a key to creating new regional jobs.
"This is a unique offering that will provide a new developer or lessee with a multitude of opportunities," said David Lotterer, senior associate at Jones Lang LaSalle. "The complex features offices, warehouses, hangars as well as 2.5 million square feet of sorting, warehousing and manufacturing facilities. It also boasts on-site aircraft maintenance, advanced material handling as well as a variety of attractive incentives."
The property is currently home to some 750 employees working for Air Transport Services Group (ATSG) and subsidiary companies - LGSTX, ABX Air, AMES and Airborne Global Solutions. Jones Lang Lasalle expects to complete the Airp Park's master plan by November 2010.
