Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (ANC) has 127-acres of offices and warehouse space to lease or sell to interested companies.

Businesses have the opportunity to lease or purchase facilities at the former Kulis Air National Guard Base (Kulis) on the south side of the gateway.
Kulis is due to be closed down completely by 15 September and the transfer of its land and buildings to ANC is expected to be finalised by 30 September.
As a result the gateway is currently accepting applications for the lease or purchase of the existing buildings and land.
Three office buildings are available for lease or purchase for general commercial or non-aviation related uses - some with warehouse space - as well as one warehouse with adjoining office space. All of these will be offered to the public for leases up to 20 years.
Three hangars are also available for lease or purchase to aviation related industries, as well as apron-front land available for land lease to parties interested in new development for aviation purposes.
