ThyssenKrupp Elevator, a division of the global ThyssenKrupp Group, has become the first new tenant at the Concord Business Park near Manchester Airport since its purchse by UK real estate investment company the MAX Property Group.
ThyssenKrupp Elevator agreed a 10-year lease on the 10,814 sqft Caravelle Court which will become the headquarters for the group's International Technical Services division providing technical support to ThyssenKrupp engineers worldwide.
James Evans, director at Savills, said: "ThyssenKrupp is a well established international business that will provide a significant boost to Concord Business Park. The scheme has been extensively refurbished both in terms of the office space and its external landscaped areas, which combined with its strategic location makes it a very strong business destination.
A further 30,000 sqft of Grade A refurbished accommodation is currently available at Concord Business Park and the next phase of the development, which comprises the comprehensive refurbishment of Dakota House, will provide a further 40,000 sqft of high quality flexible turn key space.
